For insignificant beings like humans, vastness can only be perceived through love.

Ayurveda focuses on explanations of functional changes reflected in organic disorders. It is a medical metaphysical healing science of life. Physical processes are markedly improved by correctly balancing all energies in the body. This is the basis of the Ayurvedic method, “the possibility of the individual for self-healing.” We combine traditional ancient knowledge, modern science, and official medicine in consultations.

Main principles for establishing bioenergy potential:

  1. Diet therapy (change in eating habits according to – Prakruti and Vikruti; vata, pitta, kapha)
  2. Herbalism (Phytotherapy)
  3. Various massages and Abhyanga, self-massage
  4. Yoga (Asanas – yoga postures suitable for strengthening energy potential)
  5. Meditation (Calming the mind)
  6. Therapeutic detoxification (Panchakarma)

Only one principle is sufficient for some imbalances, but the best results are achieved if we act holistically and adhere to all six principles.

The entire science of Ayurveda is based on five subtle elements: fire, water, earth, air, and ether. They are present in the three primary principles or doshas: vata, pitta, and kapha. All three are present in each of us in different proportions. With the help of pulse diagnosis and a complete body examination,  we determine Prakruti (the state at birth) and Vikruti (the current state).

We perform diagnosis with the following:

  1. Pulse Diagnosis – “Nadi Pariksha” (primary method for diagnosis)
  2. Tongue Examination – “Jhiva Pariksha”
  3. Urine Examination – “Mutra Pariksha”
  4. Stool Examination – “Mala Pariksha”
  5. Skin or touch Examination – “Sparsha Pariksha”
  6. Eyes Examination – “Netra Pariksha” also “Drika Pariksha”
  7. Digestive powers Examination – “Agni Pariksha”
  8. Voice Examination – “Shabda Pariksha”
  9. Physical appearance – “Akruti Pariksha”

We also examine a blood test (withdrawal of venous blood).

Diagnostics also includes a questionnaire to determine psychophysical abilities and character traits (if you decide to continue treatment).

With clients, we solve various imbalances:

  • headaches and migraines
  • bloating and flatulence (the result of an unbalanced intestinal microbiome)
  • obesity
  • elevated cholesterol
  • high blood pressure
  • stomach problems – gastritis
  • reflux
  • atopic dermatitis and other skin diseases
  • respiratory diseases
  • excess mucus
  • acidity (Candida albicans)

We also carry out therapies for eliminating toxins after chemotherapies and cooperate with official medicine because together, we bring the body into harmony – homeostasis – balance – and health, and we come faster and safer to the results. After the blood test, the primary result of the venous blood, we decide together on the length of the therapy.

We cooperate with clients for as long as is necessary to achieve the set goal. The key is a change in eating habits that lasts from 6 to 12 months. It depends on the individual’s desire to improve their well-being. In the workshops, we demonstrate the preparation of certain sattvic (three dosha) dishes.

The examination is performed on an empty stomach or at least 3 hours after the last meal or physical exertion.
